Basia Irland

 

 

Basia Irland is an artist who focuses on water issues. In an artist's statement at http://www.cla.purdue.edu/WAAW/Ressler/artists/Irlandstat.html she writes: "I have explored water metaphorically, symbolically and literally using an interdisciplinary, multimedia approach. I move back and forth between sculpture, photography, poetry, writing, and performance depending upon what I want to express."
