Teresa Hitch

"Low Tide" was inspired by the very shallow beaches of White Rock and summer light.

To me, the ultimate creative process involves "Communing Spirit," the sense of a greater being/force working through one's body, the instrument through which this energy flows.

Paintings come from experiences when I need extraordinary spiritual strength. The ocean, vastness of skies, and light give me spiritual sustenance, the experience of "Communing Spirit."
