Salt Spring Conservancy

The Conservancy's number one goal is "to educate the general public about the Island's environments and their protection." An Education Committee was formed to coordinate this component of the organization's programs. The Conservancy's Covenant Committee helps landholders place protective covenants on their property. They have also organized campaigns to purchase property for parkland.
